In this reflection for the Solemnity of Christ the King, Adam Novotny reminds us that Christ is a King, and that his kingdom transfers to us, whom he loves.
Jesus is the Christ, the Messiah, the anointed one of God who is king of the universe, and we can now enter into that heavenly kingdom because he ransomed himself as the Lamb of God in forgiveness for our sins, so that we can be together with him as inheritors of the kingdom in heaven forever.

Adam holds a Masters in Catechetics and Evangelization from Franciscan University. He is a certified spiritual director steeped in Ignatian spirituality. Both he and his wife serve as Directors of the Marian Servants of the Redeemer, a public association of the Christian faithful, living out Marian virtue, as well as serving as Liaisons to the charismatic renewal for the archdiocese of Baltimore.
