In this reflection for the 21st Sunday in Ordinary Time, Kristen Fisher inspires us to press in and hold onto Jesus instead of relying on our own strength to get through the narrow gate.
When we look at the saints, it can be tempting to just look at their behavior and just look at their actions and say, “well, of course, look at how good they were”. And it’s true. They were very, very good. Maybe what we don’t see so readily is that they were good because they were pressing in and holding onto Jesus.
